Description

Rhizomatous perennial with linear leaves and large numbers of very small, yellow flower heads. Often in waste areas, fence rows, and ditch banks. Euthamia graminifolia is an extremely similar species which occurs in similar sites but is much more common in the east while Euthamia occidentalis is more common in the west.
