Fallopia convolvulus (buckwheat, wild)

Family: Polygonaceae

Description

This plant`s specific name `convolvulus` is the same as the genus name for field bindweed, and to the casual observer they may appear similar. Wild buckwheat is a common weed of cultivated crops.
